on demand library with the full 13 Week Training Program, live community zoom training hours, a monthly 

coaching call, high performance group 6am on Thursdays & Monthly Book Club!

Strength & Mobility - Moderate intensity

Expect mobility/strength exercises to be included as the

main focus with conditioning work sprinkled in so you feel

like you have had a great work out!

 

Strength & Conditioning - Moderate - high intensity

Expect a balaned split between cardio and strength work.

This is definitely our most challenging program.

 

Restore, Energize & Yin - Low intensity

This session has been in high demand! I've added a session

each week and will be incorporating a Yin style pose and

shivasana in the last 6-10 mins of class. The traditional and

primary focus of R&E is static stretching with some

correctives. This new Yin flare will allow you to slow down,

breathe and reset for the day.
