• Can be built for any space (gym, home, or other setup—based on photos of your equipment/space)
• Designed to keep you safe, prevent injury, and progress you toward results without plateaus

Weekly Accountability
• Every Friday, you’ll submit an accountability check-in (reporting your sessions and progress)
• Programs are adjusted as needed based on your feedback

Ongoing Coaching Support
• Direct guidance from Angie – Kinesiologist with 15 years experience prescribing exercise
• Safe, efficient, progressive training that respects your body and your goals
