My Story


Hi, I'm Angie! Thank you for dropping by and awarding me the opportunity to tell you a little bit about me and my experience in curating workouts over the past 10 years.


I studied at the University of Winnipeg and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors's Degree in Kinesiology & Applied Health. As part of my degree, I became a Certified Personal Trainer through The Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (the gold standard in Canada).

Following my graduation, I started this business with current member, Linda Davies. Many of the clients who started with me in 2011 are still trusting me with their wellness to this day and occupy spots in our limited membership. Over the years I have challenged hundreds of people to perform better athletically and have counseled so many amazing individuals to; eat better, sleep better, breathe more efficiently, function more efficiently, hydrate accordingly, find purpose in exercise, and so on.

Precision Nutrition Coach (Pn1)

Yin Yoga Instructor (YYT)

Functional Range Conditioning Coach (FRC). 

My main passion is motivating people to strive to a higher performance level each day. Primary areas of counsel are typically; movement and exercise, nutrition, wellness habit rehabilitation, execution of contingency plans, and injury prevention and maintenance.
